Appointment Messaging Program

These terms govern optional appointment-related text messages sent by Solutions for Seniors Financial Group.

1. Program name and purpose

Program name: Solutions for Seniors Financial Group Appointment Messaging.

After you give permission, messages may include appointment confirmations, reminders, schedule changes, responses to information you requested, meeting or application follow-up, and related client-service updates. This program is not used for unsolicited marketing or future-workshop advertising.

2. Consent and enrollment

Enrollment is optional. When you request or schedule an appointment, we may ask whether you would like to receive appointment-related text messages. Messages are sent only after you affirmatively agree and confirm the mobile number to use.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. See the public Verbal Consent Process for the script and recordkeeping procedure.

3. Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity and requested follow-up. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan.

4. Opting out

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, you may receive one final message confirming your opt-out. No further messages will be sent unless you later provide new consent or reply with a recognized resubscribe keyword such as START.

6. Delivery and carrier responsibility

Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers and messaging availability may change.

7. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide a mobile number that you are authorized to use and to notify us if the number changes or is reassigned. You are responsible for charges imposed by your wireless carrier.

8. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal and mobile information are described in the Solutions for Seniors Financial Group Privacy Policy. Mobile information and messaging consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

9. Changes or termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the messaging program or these terms. Any updated terms will be posted here with a revised effective date.
